"I was moving to Boston, and I was going through the motions to look for a place to call "home". I began with Craigs List and began to contact various agents to show me listings.

Through Craigs List - I had the oppurtunity of meeting some of the worst real estate agents. Here are my expereicnes:

- One of them made me wait outside an apartment for 3 hours, because he had forgotten our appointment.
- In another case, I got a headache from the very intense smell of marijuana coming from the vents of the agents car.
- An agent I had asked to show me two places, he asked me if I could pick him up. (Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment.)

These are just the instances that come to mind right off the top of my head.

Until FINALLY I met Emily, by dumb luck! I found her information when I was looking at a specific building, and gave her a call.

She is AMAZING. I love the fact that she adjusts to my schedule, and since I work Monday - Friday, she can always makes time for me on the weekends if I want to go look at places, I love the fact that when I call her at 10:30 PM she answers the phone (!!).

Since she has found my apartment, which I am renting, I am now enlisting her help to find an apartment to purchase. Working with her, is not like working with an agent, it is like working with a friend who you can always count on, and just wants what is best for you.

She is excellent and finding what YOU need - no matter how strange a quality you are looking for in a place (for example mine was: I want to hear the birds chirp in the morning.)

Whenever someone in my office or a client asks about apartments/housing advice, I now always whole-heartedly refer them to Emily.
