The Mandarin Oriental has been seeing a good amount of price drops in the past few weeks. Most recently PH 1-D just dropped their price from $7,000,000 to $5,500,000. While this may seem dramatic, the unit still boasts one of the highest prices per square foot ever in Boston at $2,750. In my opinion this needs to come down to somewhere around $2000-2200/sq. ft. to even get any action. Don’t get me wrong, it’s an incredible unit with 2000 sq. ft. of beautifully appointed living area and an amazing 800 sq. ft. private roof deck. On top of this you get a valet parking space, private elevator access, storage, and all the amenities the Mandarin Oriental Boston has to offer.
