Repton Place in Watertown MA
Repton Place is a new construction luxury condo complex on Pleasant St in Watertown, MA. It features three buildings with close to 200 condos. The project was completed in 2007 and there are plans to build two more buildings with either luxury condo or rental units it in. Pleasant St is currently in a transition phase from a commercially zoned area to a residential neighborhood. Repton Place and Riverbank Lofts are the first new projects in the area with more to come!

Across the street from Repton Place you can find Russo’s market which is a famous fruit and vegetable store where you can find some of the best produce in the area along with some fantastic prepared meals. There is a bus stop directly in front of Repton Place allowing easy commuting into the city of Boston. The Mass Pike (Rt. 90) is only about 6-7 minutes drive from Repton Place as well.
