A study from Michigan State University has revealed that homes with good curb appeal which includes things like great landscaping, paint, and a clean yard, bring the homeowner 6-11% more in a final sales price.

You might be thinking, what can be done for homeowners in Boston who have no front yard and can’t paint the exterior of their brownstone?  Instead you must focus on the interior of your condo.  At Warren Residential Group we highly recommend two things:  professional staging and removing all your personal picture and decorations.

We have a couple of staging companies we recommend and the costs range from $500-2500 depending on size and what they have to do.  A lot of times they can even just reorganize existing furniture and do it for a small fee.
