Massachusetts Median Home Prices – Winning and Losing Towns

Over the past two years, most of what we have heard in the media has understandable been negative in regards to real estate.  However, the Warren Group just put together a chart of single family median home prices from Jan-May comparing 2007 to 2009.  Some of the numbers in the chart below might surprise you while others might scare you!
