On Saturday the 17th of October the Bryant Back Bay auctioned off 10 of the remaining 40 units to a room of about 80 people. Did you miss the auction? Not to worry. As usual, the remaining units from the Bryant will go back on the regular market with adjusted pricing. With it’s great location and fantastic finishes, I predict the remaining inventory will begin to move somewhat quickly!
