    On Saturday the 17th of October the Bryant Back Bay auctioned off 10 of the remaining 40 units to a room of about 80 people.  Our agents were there for the auction with one of them representing a buyer who bought the unit with the largest discount!  I’ve created a PDF of the auction results for you.  Here is the link:
