Nicholas Warren's #1 focus is you, his client. Starting as a rental agent at a small firm in Back Bay, he immediately realized that most agents lacked follow up and consistency. He made it his goal when he started the Warren Residential Group that our customer service would not stop after the commission checks are cashed. He considers his clients as clients for life.

Nicholas also noticed an opportunity for serving you better with technology. What he observed in the real estate industry was that there were two kinds of brokerages: the kind with a complete lack of technology and the kind focused strictly on technology but with a lack of customer support and service. His goal was to combine the two to create a business which will always be ahead of the industry when it comes to technology but still have the personal one-on-one time that he knows you need and deserve.
