We are proud to announce the addition of Alex Theocles to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential team! Alex is a diligent, hardworking agent who was previously part of the Warren team before moving to Miami for the past few years.

Alex grew up in Western Massachusetts and comes from a family of real estate investors. He attended the University of Massachusetts with a focus on economics and began working on the Warren Residential team in 2008. In 2010, Alex headed to south Florida to start working with a private investment group focused on acquiring single and multifamily properties in Florida and Georgia. Between 2011 and 2017, Alex was in charge of liquidating the portfolio resulting in over $185m in sales.

Alex now lives in Back Bay with his wife and is focused on helping buyer and sellers in and around Boston with all of their real estate needs. To learn more about Alex, please click on the links below!
