Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential today announced that two global network members announced for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in early October will open referral channels to and from Western Europe and will increase exposure for BHHS Warren Residential’s listings online.

The brokerages, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices LARVIA operating in Madrid and Barcelona; and Portugal Property in Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve, which will join the network soon; are market leaders specializing in luxury estate, among other niches. The latter is Portugal’s largest independent real estate brokerage as measured by sales volume and offices. Both generate a sizeable portion of their business serving global clients buying and selling property in their respective countries.
