How long have you been involved in Boston real estate?

I have been licensed over 7 years but been around real estate in some way my entire life!

What brought you to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential?

The strong leadership of Nick and his commitment to helping agents grow their careers was a big selling point. Plus, being in an office with high producers allows me to learn from them. I also really appreciate the sense of community in the office and the company’s commitment to the latest technology.

You recently were recognized as the top performers for the company for all of last year. What do you attribute this success to?

Focus and experience. I go into every transaction with confidence and consistently communicate and follow up through the entire transaction.

What do you think is the biggest challenge to people looking to buy or sell their home in the current environment?

Covid has caused a lot of challenges. Most people are moving out of the city because they work from home and don’t need to come into the office. They want more space, yards, animals, and expanding families. Suburbs are red hot, the city is definitely a GREAT time for buyers with low-interest rates and a lot coming on the market. Great opportunities for buyers right now!

Outside of the office, where can one find you?

Traveling the world, especially Europe, Mexico, and Australia. I have been skiing all over the world. I also love driving different cars, golfing, and boating.

What is your favorite neighborhood to explore?

I have been loving Medford lately. It is diverse, affordable and close to the city.

Current favorite place to grab a bite to eat?

Anything Greek lately!
