Think Smarter with Nick. January 2023

Think Smarter with Nick. January 2023.

2023 is here and we couldn't be more excited about the new year! There are some exciting new developments coming to completion this year which Nick discusses this month. And, he gives tips for those looking to buy in one of these new communities.

What are some of the new buildings you are excited about being completed this year?

The two buildings that I'm really excited about are Raffles Residences and Winthrop Center

Raffles Boston Back Bay is going to set a new bar for luxury in the Boston real estate market. This ultra-premium, 33-story Boston condo building features 146 luxury condos on the upper floors and 147 hotel rooms on the lower floors. Owners will enjoy the amenities and services provided by the Raffles hotel as well as access to private, residence-only amenities.

Winthrop Center is another development from one of Boston's best developers, Millennium Partners. They previously built One Charles, The Ritz Carlton, Millennium Place, and Millennium Tower, as well as luxury buildings throughout NYC and San Francisco. Winthrop Center will feature over 300 luxury condominium homes on the upper floors and class-A office space on the lower. The amenity spaces at Winthrop Center are some of the largest and most luxurious that I've ever seen and include an owner's lounge, screening room, billiard parlor, outdoor terrace, indoor pools, and more. Residents will also have access to The Collective, which is a live/work space equipped with both private and social spaces that are similar to We/Work.

Is there anything a buyer needs to know specifically if they want to buy one of these new homes?

Units at both of these buildings are selling quickly so there is limited supply. If you want to tour the properties, please contact us right away so we can schedule a private showing of the sales centers.
