What are some of your favorite luxury buildings in the Boston area?

Boston has seen dozens of luxury condo buildings add to its skyline over the past 10-15 years.  Here are a few of my favorites!

• Raffles Boston:  This is perhaps the most luxurious new highrise in Boston.  It just opened this summer, and the finishes and views are second to none!

• Millennium Tower: Located in Downtown Boston, it's known for its stunning views and exceptional amenities.

• Four Seasons (One Dalton): Famous for its elegant design and top-tier services, this building is located in the Back Bay area.

• Pierce Boston: In the Fenway area, this building offers modern design and luxurious facilities.

• Twenty-Two Liberty: A waterfront luxury building at Fan Pier with fantastic harbor views.

What are some of the best amenities one can find in these buildings?

When you buy a condo in a luxury building, you aren’t just paying for the unit itself.  Most of these buildings also provide a wide array of amenities to use as an extension of your home.  Here are some of my favorites:

• Rooftop Decks: Providing incredible city views that you just can’t get from a traditional brownstone.

• Pools: Most larger luxury buildings include a pool or hot tub area.  Unfortunately, our weather isn’t always the best, so most of these are indoors, but many come with fantastic views that you can enjoy while you get in your laps!

• Fitness Centers: Often equipped with the latest technology and sometimes have personal trainers.

• Concierge Services: Offering personalized assistance and 24/7 support.

• Private Dining and Entertainment Areas: For hosting parties and gatherings.

• Spa Facilities: Including saunas, steam rooms, and professional spa treatments.
