This month, we would like to introduce you to Carly Harwood! Carly works with one of the top producing teams at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, Zack Harwood Real Estate. Take a moment to learn more about her:

What inspired you to pursue a career in real estate?

I love building and maintaining relationships and thrive in customer-facing roles. There's no better feeling than helping others achieve their goals.

Tell us a real estate "success" story that you are especially proud of.

I had clients who dreamed of living in a certain town. They kind of stopped looking and decided to focus on other towns they weren't crazy about because they thought it would never happen. I happened to find a listing that didn't sell in the first weekend (hard to come by in this market) that had an immediate price reduction. Once I showed them, we jumped in our cars, they fell in love with the property, and we beat out another offer that ended up coming in last minute with our price and strong terms. If they hadn't lost out on the previous offers they put in and if they had given up, they never would have ended up in their dream town and home. Buyers need optimism in this market matter how hard it gets. They will find the right home.

Can you share a memorable experience or success story from your time at our brokerage?

My business partner, Zack, and I were able to seamlessly facilitate a family's home sale and purchase at the same time. They were very anxious knowing the state of the market and did not want to end up homeless and we made sure they were protected in every way and found them their dream home.

If you could have dinner with anyone, living or dead, who would it be and why?

Kelly Clarkson - she seems like an absolute blast and I would love to pick her brain on her success and music career.

What's a fun or surprising fact about you that most people don't know?

I was in a pop band called "Girl Authority" growing up. We opened for the Jonas Brothers and Jesse McCartney. My name was "Glamour Girl".
