Meet the Team: Gregory Kiep

In our “Meet the Team” blog series, you can learn a little bit more about your favorite Boston real estate professionals. Each month, we will highlight one of our agents - taking a look at their professional accomplishments and work style and also giving an insight into what makes them unique. Take a few moments to read about what makes the team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential so very special.

This month, we would like to introduce you to Gregory Kiep! Greg is the Director of Marketing at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential and takes care of company and individual agent marketing efforts.  Take a moment to learn more about him:

What sets our brokerage apart from others in your opinion?

I have worked with a variety of real estate companies during my career and can say with all honesty that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential is a very special and unique part of the Boston real estate market. As is true with any company, the people are what drive the energy and success of the business and the team here is exceptional. They work together for their clients, are committed to staying up-to-date on the market and many factors that impact it, and are an energetic and smart set of agents. Nick, the CEO, is one of the most impressive leaders I have seen during my career - always there to help agents look for new ways to succeed and to navigate the company to increasingly more successful years.

What is your favorite aspect of working with BHHS Warren Residential?

As the Director of Marketing, I love having access to a variety of tools that make not only my work more efficient but that agents can use to improve their business. Nick is not afraid of investing in new technology to improve the agent experience and the company has an incredible arsenal of marketing tools as a result. I also love the ease of communication that is found within the company - from leadership down. There is nothing more valuable to an agent, in my opinion, than being able to get the answers one needs efficiently.

If you could have dinner with anyone, living or dead, who would it be and why?

Taylor Swift. Not only am I a big Swiftie musically, I think she is one of the smartest businesswomen and artists of our generation.

What is your favorite place to travel? Why?

I love to travel to new places when I have the chance. Last year, I went to Antarctica with my sister and it was truly an incredible trip. To be in a place that is so remote that so few travelers have been is a really unique feeling. Plus, the beautiful landscapes and adorable penguins add to the fun!

What's your favorite neighborhood in Boston and why?

One thing I love about Boston is how unique the many neighborhoods are and the different offerings of each. The South End has always been a special place to me as it was the first neighborhood I lived in when I moved to the Boston area almost 20 years ago. I love the brownstones mixed with the more modern architecture and some of my favorite places to eat are still in the neighborhood.
