Mike was one of the most professional brokers I have ever worked with. He responded typically within 24 hours, was always courteous, and most surprisingly, honest. I feel most brokers will sugar coat everything to make you settle quicker, but I felt Mike was giving an unbiased presentation of the apartment and was willing to advocate for our needs to the landlord.
