My name is Sam Coover and I am a passionate real estate professional with three years of experience in the industry. My journey in real estate began at the age of 19 when I joined a boutique brokerage right in my hometown, Milton MA. Growing up in Milton, I had a deep connection to the community, and it was here that I learned the art of handling listings, crafting compelling offers, and assisting clients in a highly personalized manner. This early exposure laid the foundation for my real estate career.

During this time I also worked as a bartender which provided invaluable lessons in effective communication, time management, leading a team, and connecting with people from all walks of life. This unique combination of real estate experience and the ability to to people has proven to be a powerful asset in my professional journey.

My entry into the world of real estate was motivated by a lifelong desire to work independently and engage in sales. The seeds of my salesmanship were sown early on as a Boy Scout, participating in our annual popcorn fundraisers, where I discovered my knack for persuasion and negotiation. This also led me to develop deeper roots in my community and to speak with neighbors and people I had lived around for years without ever crossing paths. Although I briefly pursued higher education at UMass Boston, I found the traditional classroom setting to be uninspiring and realized that my true passion lay elsewhere. Experience and practice have always been better learning methods for me. Real estate became my calling, offering the perfect blend of entrepreneurship, real-world training and experiences, and client-focused salesmanship.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm a firm believer in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In my free time, you'll find me pursuing a variety of hobbies and interests. I have a deep love for bowling and frequently enjoy spirited games with friends. I also relish the challenge of working on cars with my buddies, finding it to be a rewarding way to bond and build on my mechanical skills. Additionally, I have a competitive streak and enjoy testing my strategic prowess through poker games. Being a New England native, I'm an avid fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins, and you can often catch me passionately cheering on my hometown favorites. These hobbies not only bring balance to my life but also enrich my interpersonal skills, making me a well-rounded individual ready to connect with clients on a personal level.
